Refund policy

At Marhaba, we aim to provide a safe and transparent shopping experience for both customers and vendors. This policy explains all terms related to returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties in accordance with Egyptian law.


1. Platform Nature

  • Marhaba operates as an online Marketplace, allowing third-party vendors to sell their products.

  • Return and warranty policies may vary depending on the vendor and product type.

  • Marhaba ensures supervision and minimum quality standards across the platform.


2. Product Availability & Delivery

  • All listed products are available and ready for delivery within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customer location and product type.

  • Vendors or Marhaba are responsible for delivering products as described.


3. Warranty & After-Sales Service

A) Electronics with Authorized Agent Warranty

  • Covered by the official authorized agent warranty.

  • Marhaba’s responsibility ends once the product is delivered sealed, new, and in good condition.

  • After-sales service and maintenance are handled directly by the authorized agent.

B) Electronics with Marhaba or Vendor Warranty

  • Responsibility remains with Marhaba or the vendor throughout the warranty period.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Does not cover misuse, breakage, or physical damage.


4. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Product received damaged.

  • Product not matching the description or images.

Products are inspected and a technical report is issued within a few business days before final approval.


5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product must be in its original condition.

  • Product must be unused and unopened.

  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Damage caused by misuse.

  • Missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers (if applicable).

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees may be deducted if the return reason is not a manufacturing defect.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect the product upon delivery.

  • Report any issue within the allowed return period.

  • Keep the product in original condition until the return process is completed.

10. Legal Responsibility

  • Marhaba is a legally registered Egyptian company with a valid commercial registry and tax card.

  • All transactions are governed by Egyptian law.

11. Policy Acceptance

  • Completing a purchase indicates full acceptance of this policy.
